Welcome home.

Wherever you're coming from, there's a place for you here.

Williams Memorial United Methodist Church is a church in Texarkana, Texas, for real people at every stage of life.

Who we are

At Williams, faith isn't just something we talk about on Sunday.

We worship together, study together, serve our neighbors, and look for ways to make a real difference in Texarkana and beyond.

Whether that looks like Sunday morning worship, a weekday Bible study, volunteering at the Community Café, or just showing up for someone who needs it, this is a congregation that believes faith is something you do, not just something you hold.

A word from our pastor

Welcome to Williams U.M.C! Whether you’ve been in church your whole life or you’re just checking things out, I think you’ll find a place to belong here. We believe God meets us right where we are and invites us into a life shaped by grace, hope, and connection with others.

You’ll find that Williams U.M.C. is a church filled with folks doing faith together—asking honest questions and helping one another discover where God is at work in everyday life. We’ve been part of the Texarkana community for a long time, and those deep roots have given us a strong foundation to grow in our ministries and actively love our neighbors in ways that make a real difference.

It would be an honor to get to know you. Feel free to reach out with any questions you might have about our church. We would love to see you Sunday!

—Pastor Jeff

Plan Your Visit

We can't wait to see you.

Sunday School

Classes for all ages meet at 9:30 a.m. in the Education Building. A great way to dig deeper before worship.

Sunday Worship Service

Our main service begins at 10:30 a.m. in the Sanctuary. New faces are always welcome, and you won't feel out of place.

Korean Service

On Sundays, we also worship in Korean. 한국어 예배 오전 10시

For first-timers

Not sure what to expect?

Whether you’ve been in church your whole life or you’re just curious, you’ll find people here who are glad you showed up. Dress comfortably. Come as you are.

On Sunday mornings, a team of greeters will help you get oriented. If you have kids, children’s check-in happens before service so they can head to their own age-appropriate programming.
After the service, people tend to hang around. That’s a good time to meet folks.
